I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My children have attending this Child care since they were infants and I wouldn’t have them go anywhere else! This is such an amazing establishment. The Director is absolutely amazing he is so understanding and professional. The teachers are very nurturing and care about the children. The teachers actually teach the kids, my kids went to Kindergarten being above in all of their subjects. On top of everything the daycare is so clean and well sanitized. I have had a great teacher-parent relationship with all of the teachers. I could go on and on about this Daycare, my children are safe, they love the teachers and they enjoy coming to daycare. Grow N learn is definitely the place to be I personally recommend it!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Everything was okay when my son was in the infant room; but when he moved to the toddler room everything turned for the worst. He would come home with cracked lips because they were too lazy to apply the lip balm as I requested. They stated that it would not be a problem but my son's lips became so chapped that they were bleeding. That wasn't the first red flag. During the initial tour, the lady told me that they closed at 7:00pm, around 6:40 I get a call stating that the center had closed. I brushed it off because people make mistakes.. Secondly the pamphlet states that after care can be arranged with a pervious agreement and that is ABSOULUTLEY FALSE! Once my son supposedly "tripped" over a toy but his lip was very swollen and there wasn't any cameras in the room to see what happened. Mind you, I watch him trip over toys at home and never has he fallen on his face! Then 3 months later he comes home with a scratch and no one knows what happened! Last week he came home at 5:30 covered in yogurt from lunch! Yes, he had TWO pairs of clothes to change into. Lastly, even though I paid full price out of pocket, I was told that I would get turned around if I continued to come after 10:30 am. Mind you, I work until 2 am and attend school full time so that was almost impossible. I refuse to pay my hard earned money for my baby to be neglected and for me to be inconvenienced!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

DO NOT send your child to this daycare unless you don’t care about your child’s education and wellbeing. The two year old classroom is so unorganized and disgusting. The teachers in the two year old classroom sit on their phones all day gossip & eat. They don’t decorate the classroom and certainly don’t create a learning environment for the children. My child came home with bite marks & scratches from other children. They DO NOT watch the children at all. My child was not properly cleaned after bowl movements as well. They stopped having homework back in November & I asked the teacher when will they start doing homework again & she stated that they will start back up again after the holidays.... but here it is April & still nothing. The teachers are so lazy it’s ridiculous. If the teachers do not like your child then they will target your child until you have no other choice but to remove your child especially since you don’t want your child to be treated differently. THEY DON’T PROMOTE THE CHILDREN, ENCOURAGE THEM, ENGAGE IN THEM, nor CHALLENGE THEM. My child has NEVER had any experience at any other daycares like what she has experienced and Grow N never Learn. Parents BEWARE !!!
