Pay isn't enough for what's expected from what I've seen and have been told. The owner, was very rude and mean to the cook who started with company. The cook that started with company, was awesome, but the owner put more and more on her and she was under appreciated. It was as if the owner treated her as a slave. Teachers are there when sick. I've also been told, you can't have a life working here.
