If I could leave 0 stars I would! I worked at Tuckers years ago! I started out through a program as a young mother and as someone else started yes employees were the bare minimum under the table. I was able to obtain my CDA while working here which was paid for by Mrs. Tucker which I was grateful for. However I got tired of seeing some of the things that went on and was able to find a teachers position at my current place of employment of which I been at for 22years. When I told Mrs. Tucker I found a better opportunity instead of wanting to see me better myself she refused to let me take my CDA notebook with me. How could a so called person of God not want be happy for someone to better themselves has always been beyond but in the ended I've been blessed ????. I would never put my child I here!

This place is terrible!!! The owner is horrible... Ms Tucker and her co owner daughter is really unprofessional. If you complain about the lack of care your child is receiving they will try to find ways to put you out. They only care about money and pay their employees the bare minimum.. They also have a high turn over rate and fights between the owners daughter and staff has been an issue. They have two centers but only use one for tax purposes. They also pay some workers under the table. They also feed the kids spam and noodles for breakfast. They will shut down at anytime without notice and will have an attitude if parents can't accommodate them. These people are just money hungry thieves!

Tucker's Day Care provides quality care to children. The teachers are great and they keep the facility clean and sanitized. All They ask for is parents participation. However it appears that the parents that are paying top dollar are the only ones that show any interest and the voucher holders act like the world owe them something. The voucher holders are a bunch of rude, nasty and immature hoodrats. The childcare industry needs to be divided. Tucker's day care should only be for parents who are paying $200.00 or more per week, and voucher holders should go to a voucher only child care facility. Sorry voucher holders, maybe when you start paying your way through life and stop receiving free child care and free housing, then you would understand how paying parents feel. Until then stop bashing Tucker's Day Care because no one owes you anything so get a JOB and pay regular childcare RATES or find a voucher only facility.

I would not send my child there if it was the last daycare on earth. The staff is very unprofessional and lazy. Most of them are acoholics. They all smoke cigarettes. Tjey have no supplies or no curriculum. It smells like urine inside there. I can go on and on!!!

I have been a parent at Tuckers's for five years . I really appreciated the teachers especially Ms.. Andrea and Ms.Bernice they have always maintain professional kept me inform of my child day To day experiences. I seen the smile on my child face when he would attend school . They built great social - emotionail skill through activities throughout the day. Great center but some parents do not like to adhered to policies which makes it difficult to get things done at time with fired trip, events or activities they need more participation from us as a parent.

This is not a daycare center you'd want to send your child . They are very unprofessional and do not care about about the children. They are taking advantage of the young nothers in the community who receive vouchers for childcare. They do not have the proper training to care for the kids and the owner tries to find ways around the regulations to run a daycare center.
