I was treated very rood and disrespected. I was calling "Kids Are Cool" to make arrangements for my 1year old for a week. I am from out of town and had a tragedy happen in my family so I needed to be at the hospital for a week. The director answered the phone Melissa Hardney and was very inappropriate. the director did not answer the phone in a business like manner and she failed to mention her position and her name. How is that Jesus thing working for you??

Thank You for your time surly appreciate the abrupt and rood manner. Christian facility fails and lacks there own principles!
