About the Provider
The Lighthouse is proud to bring compassionate Autism therapy and supports to West TX. This pediatric learning program is specific for young children with diagnosed or emerging disabilities ages 18 months to 16 years old.
Our vision is to create a safe and welcoming environment for children with newly diagnosed or emerging disabilities. Finding safe and reliable care for young children with disabilities can be a daunting and frightening task and Lighthouse's mission is to alleviate that worry.
Balance is rooted heavily in play-based approaches, while focusing on communication development and emerging functional skills. The goal of Balance is to provide skills early to prevent or minimize the emergence of distressed response behaviors that can impact the child, family, and their ability to participate in their respective communities.
The Lighthouse is a center dedicated to providing a variety of supports and services to children and families of West Texas. Led by our trauma-informed, board-certified behavior analyst and newly certified Inclusive Therapist, our mission is to not only provide affirming therapy, but also parent support, exposure to the arts, and true inclusivity within our community
