I liked his place when I went to look at it because the rate was so good. My baby is 10 months old and I needed to but her in daycare for a while. Well, It was just one issue after another with this place. The first day I picked my baby up, she had dried soured milk in her hair because they laid her down on the floor to drink her bottle. I understand that she is a baby and she is going to get messy, but why could't they wipe her off. Would have taken 30 seconds. Then I told the teacher that I didn't want her to eat what they served because she didn't have any teeth and I was bringing lunch and snacks for her. They still gave her what they were serving. I never got a straight answer when I asked what time she ate her bottle. I tried to call several times and the cell phone they use as a business phone went straight to voice mail. If there were an emergency how would I contact them? The final straw was Friday when my husband picked her up at 1 and asked what time she had her morning bottle and he was told 11:30 ( She was supposed to have it at 8am like i tell them everyday) but the funny thing is when he got her home and opened her bag, both bottles were full in the backpack. They let a 10 month old baby go all day with no bottle. I called to discuss this with them and of course got voice mail and no call back. I spent the entire weekend finding a better place for my baby. If you have another option, please do not take your baby here. They do not provide the care that these babies need. Also, check the state website. They had some pretty fishy citations listed. I wish I would have checked that before I sent my baby there.
