I am an employee

This place is Definitley not worth any penny. Parents do not waste your $$ on this program. There is constant change and the new director sits in her office all day, almost like she is hiding from people. The employees there wear whatever they want, so be aware of the short shorts!! Most employees start working before their background and fingerprint checks come back. Be aware that during bad weather weeks when they close down, employees DO NOT get paid but you continue to pay tuition. This place is completely run down and Unprofessional.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This place just isnt what it once was. Employees are unhappy, turnover is crazy. The new director is lazy and has no people skills.

We are getting better. We have a new Director and things are changing. We just had our 2nd Licensing visit with no citations.

Sad to say I agree with the other two comments. I worked here for about two years and witnessed terrible things happen. Most of these instances involved the management handling them so inappropriatly it is shocking. I feel sad for the parents who are deceived enough into believing their children are safe there. If you want an unbiased opinion though, just go check out their violations through the Texas child care licensing website here: http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Child_Care/Search_Texas_Child_Care/CCLNET/Source/Provider/ppComplianceHistory.aspx?fid=108007&tab=2

I could not agree with the 1st review more. I feel EXACTLY the same way. I was so sad to witness these things first hand as I tried to work at this facility. Parents, you are not getting what you are paying for.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! The quality of child care here is terrible. You will find attendants on their phones, eating instead of attending to distressed children, bottle propping with babies, horrible upper management, high staff turn over rate (go figure) and terrible attitudes from all staff! Spend your dollars elsewhere for your child's sake!
