I personally feel that the new leadership this year and the lady in charge is not qualified, lacks empathy, groups and categorizes, is not professional enough and not mature enough to be responsible for children. This program last year was EXCELLENT under Ms. Tippens leadership. The team was loving, caring, nurturing and empathetic. This year this leadership and program is militant, overly disciplined, grouping and categorizing, punishment environment.
