I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The staff have horrible attitudes. The teacher told me that she withheld food from my child, I informed the director of this and she insisted that it did not happen even thought he teacher told me that she did it. There have been incidents where my child has come home with marks on him that the teacher has caused and they will try to say that he hit a shelf. There is always chaos in the classroom. They kept my child away from the other kids and would not let him interact. I saw one of the teachers push a 3 year old. After all of this my child is no longer at that center.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Daycare has gone reall down the last year or so. The Teachers attitudes are horrible, they don’t even speak when you walk into the classroom. I have had several incidents that has happened to my child and have brought it to the owners and directors attention. Nothing is ever done. It’s always an excuse. The center lacks instruction. No matter what time of the day you walk into the classroom, children are running around the classroom and there is complete chaos. Lastly, the food porportions are smaller than what the state requires. I know this because I worked at a daycare before.
