My child has been attending the Baby House, graduating to NW Day School and now in the after school program. They are like family. The owners are so involved and on top of what is going on. They truly care, and I am grateful to be a part of their community.
I too have had my child at the school for a couple of years. The 'Prior Employee' does not tell the truth. The allegations brought up were proven false by the state after they investigated the claims this person brought against the school. The Prior Employee was a disgruntled employee, plain and simple. I and so many other parents will tell you that teachers don't swear in front of the kids, they don't drop kids or abuse them. The teachers and staff treat our kids like their own. Every time I pick my child up, they and so many other kids have smiles on their faces, say goodbye to the teachers and staff and are excited to share their adventures from the day. This has been a great school for my child and the results clearly show it. They have developed such great social and education skills, it makes me a very proud parent. One of the best places in Greensboro, trust me as a parent, not a former employee who lasted 4 months.
Unlike a former disgruntled teacher who spent so little time at the school that none of us parents even remember she was there, Northwest is a phenomenal school. My child has been there for a few years and the teachers and staff care for her and the other kids as if they were their own. There has never been any negative experiences like this angry former teacher alleges. Our children have always been safe and many teachers stay for longer than a few months. It is sad to read that one review but she is so far from the truth.
