Unlike a former disgruntled teacher who spent so little time at the school that none of us parents even remember she was there, Northwest is a phenomenal school. My child has been there for a few years and the teachers and staff care for her and the other kids as if they were their own. There has never been any negative experiences like this angry former teacher alleges. Our children have always been safe and many teachers stay for longer than a few months. It is sad to read that one review but she is so far from the truth.
Not only does this child care center abuse and neglect children, it treats its employees as equally terrible. Over my short time working at Northwest day school I witnessed countless acts of child abuse and neglect. Teachers would attack other teachers, verbally swearing in front of children and at children. Children will be dropped from heights, children would be attacked by teachers, and were treated very poorly. The director and administration was notified about incidents yet never took any action to prevent or just continue what was happening. They care more about their business than they do the children. I would never recommend working here and for certainly would never recommend sending your child here
