This facility holds good intentions and helps countless children however this facility does not appreciate their staff! The teachers and teacher assistants are given an overwhelming amount of work with no help! The management refuses to pay their staff decent wages and if a teacher is fired or quits the teacher assistants are forced to take care of their classrooms with minimum help from substitutes. They are known to never find replacements and the assistants are stuck to do all the left over work!
I think it's an excellent place where children can develop their creativity and intellect but I like it and am very happy with the excellent attention of managers and all staff in general.
