|Findings: Findings include: Four's/Five's classroom restroom...the Surveyor observed that the white cap to cover the screw bolting the toilet to the floor was missing; pieces of caulking around the base of the toilet were missing. Staff #1 stated will correct.|
|Findings: Findings include: Playground fence...on the south side of the playground there were wooden slats missing or broken leaving gaps of more than 4" between slats. Staff #1 stated will replace slats immediately.|
