Specialist marked this discussed at last inspection and provider was to have addressed this issue. Provider states she has not found a solution to this as what they have tried has fallen off. Provider will correct all exposed screw points on the fence around the yard and submit correction to office within 10 working days. Provider stated that perhaps the points can be sawed off and will also consult with at Home Depot or Lowes for other ideas. Provider will monitor on an ongoing basis to ensure safety and compliance.
