Specialist observed 6.5 hours of continued training today: 6 hours from 10/06/2018 and 2 hours from 11/20/2018. As provider completed for correction her continued training hours from her last full cycle on 3/20/2017, she would need 12 hours from 3/21/2017-1/31/2018 and another 12 hours from 2/01/2018-1/31/2019.
