Description: The students, staff and administrative team would like to welcome you to our website! We are excited about the 2013-2014 school year at West Hoke Elementary School where our goal is to grow every child. Our theme this year is “Common Core Strong” with a focus on becoming a “School of Literacy”.
It is time for students, parents and staff to embark upon a journey that will lead to high academic achievement for all our students. We realize that the implementation of Common Core and Essential State Standards have brought about necessary changes to ensure that students are academically prepared to be career, college and service ready. It is our belief that positive partnerships between parents, school and community are essential for the development of the whole child.
Our “Five Principles” were created for each aspect of the educational community as the GPS to increasing student achievement and ensuring that our students are prepared for the next level.
It is our purpose to provide information on the website that will be helpful to parents, students and the school community.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
