A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The following items were discussed, but not limited to: 1) New rules that were effective 8/3/2025, 2) Parents' email addresses are now required on the child's emergency card, and 3) 24 hours of annual training hours are now required for staff. | |||
