I'm familiar w/ Mercy Daycare from both Clinicals in Nursing school, & my own experiences with my child.
Although it can be difficult to find information on the center, once in touch they are very responsive.
My son has been well taken care of, they have always worked with us with what we wanted as parents, everything from special formula, gluten free foods, no MIL, etc. ( yes we are those parents). But they are experienced with many dietary restrictions and are happy to accommodate. They have also always worked with us when we need to change days or add days. My toddler loves his teachers, all the activities, and the outdoor play. He likes going to see his friend and play. My newborn will also be attending this fall.
I highly recommend the CDC center.
Momone....call back. Mercy's Child Development Center is the best daycare center out there. My son started there when he was just about 3; then until he started kindergarten. He then went to the summer program until age 9. It is the premier child care center. I trusted them with my son explicitly. The staff is personable and responsible. I was very sad when my son was too old to go there. So call them. When I was looking for a daycare for my son there were multiple centers that didn't call back. I called them. Stop being so passive/agressive and call them back. It't worth it.
Would be nice if someone would return a simple phone call, so that I could get on the waiting list, or get my child into my FIRST choice "daycare" , If I cant even get a call back, I wonder why Im even still considering it, if not even one person can give a courtesy call. I simply left 2 numbers to be contacted at, asked if there was room, or if I could fill out the proper paperwork, and PAY, to get her on the waiting list why would somone not call back if they are going get my hard earned money?!?! YOU'RE LOSING PERSPECTIVE CLIENTS due to your phone ettiqute, or lack of!!! I wouldnt suggest a daycare to someone, if they cant even get anyone on the phone, what if there was an emergency?
