Toddler has had three incidents in two months time. Not safe at all. Will report to the state of MD and OHQ for investigation and may get a lawyer. Don’t put your child here.
My child had a bad experience there. The director is rude and not passionate about the safety and well-being of the students that attends there. It's only about the money to her! I wouldn't recommend this learning center.
The staff appeared friendly, but my son started coming home stating different things they were doing to him. The director Ms. Shawann is unprofessional and lacks knowledge about children! Once I approached the director, she didn't make me feel comfortable. She kept interrupting while I was talking. I wanted family members to come in to check on my son, she told me "let her know when, so they would be prepared". Only take your children here if you don't care about them!
