| Findings: A complaint investigation was conducted. The complaint alleges that the children are allowed to play in the driveway and one of the children was almost hit by a car because there's no fence or barrier. Ms. Williams states she did have the children in the front yard last Friday close to the end of the day. She states she moved the van to the end of the driveway to block off any cars from coming into the driveway. The children played on the side walk and on the grass. Ms. Williams states none of the children almost got hit by a car. This never happened. Ms. Williams states she didn't know that her Front yard was off limits to day care children. She states she will make sure the children do not play in the front yard during day care hours. | |||
