| Findings: A complaint was conducted this date. The child's sister who is a school ager called her mother and told her that the substitute plucked or hit her brother. The mother hung up and called the provider. The substitute picked up the phone and informed that parent that she did pluck the child and explained to the parent the incident. They were arguing back and forth. The parent said she was coming to the day care. The substitute informed the parent that the provider wasn't home that she went to the store and the substitute hung the phone up. The parent called the provider several times on her cell phone. The provider states she didn't answer because she wanted the parent to calm down and that she was at the grocery store getting a few items. Provider states the parent came to the day care around 10 am very irate and arguing with the substitute.
