DIANA HOME CHILD CARE—A Caring Beginning for a Bright Future

Welcome! I’m Diana, a licensed child care provider with five years of experience, serving families in Clinton, Maryland. I provide a warm, nurturing home environment where children receive individualized attention, build confidence, and develop a love of learning. As a solo provider, I value close relationships with families and open communication about each child’s care and progress.

Infant and Young Toddler Program: Ages 0–23 Months

My program supports early development through responsive care, gentle encouragement, and exploration. I follow each child’s feeding, sleeping, and diapering routines to help them feel comfortable and secure.

My play-based curriculum includes songs, picture books, peekaboo, sensory activities, and age-appropriate toys. Supervised tummy time while awake, reaching, grasping, crawling, and early movement activities support physical development. Warm, consistent interactions encourage communication, trust, and social and emotional growth. Activities are adapted to each child’s developmental stage.

Toddler and Preschool Program: Ages 2–5 Years

My program encourages curiosity, creativity, independence, and positive friendships. Children learn through hands-on experiences and purposeful play, with activities tailored to their age, interests, and abilities.

My play-based curriculum introduces language and early literacy through stories, songs, and conversations. Counting, sorting, shapes, and patterns build early math skills. Art, music, pretend play, and simple science exploration encourage creativity and problem-solving. Movement activities support coordination, while daily routines help children practice sharing, taking turns, expressing feelings, and caring for themselves.

My goal is to help every child feel valued and supported while building a strong foundation for kindergarten and lifelong learning.

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
