Violation Observed: Ensure that all sleeping equipment is free of pillows and soft bedding when occupied by a sleeping child. In room 1 a child under 12 months had a blanket while laying in a pack and play. 3/28/22: In room 12A, there were blankets covering infants under 12 months and a sleep sack being used as a blanket for an infant under 12 months.
