Description: We offer full day and half-day childcare for children birth to twelve years of age with four days minimum enrollment. We have an infant and toddler program, which aids in early child development through age appropriate activities encouraging walking, talking and toilet training. The three to five year olds participate in our preschool program which includes readiness skills for Kindergarten (Curriculum and Monthly Themes available upon request). School age program provides before and after school, with structured activities and quiet time for homework.

Findings: After ringing the doorbell to enter the facility, the Surveyors observed that the staff member in the two year-old room left her room to answer the front door for us. She had opened her classroom door and walked across the entry way to open the front door leaving her classroom with five children in the room with no staff member.

Findings: Upon inspection of the outdoor activity areas, Surveyor 1 measured the depth of the rubber mulch in the fall zones of the playground equipment as follows:The depth of the gravel in the fall zones of the playground equipment measured as follows: -the gravel depth in the fall zones of the red/yellow dome climber and the yellow slide on the school age playground measured 1". -the gravel depth in the fall zone of the red slide on the toddler playground measured 2.5"; -the gravel depth in the fall zone of the green slide on the toddler playground measured 2".
