A child was yelled at, shamed, humiliated, frightened, threatened or bullied. On March 31, 2022, a staff member took a threatening stance with children on three separate occasions. The staff member bent down with the staff member's face close to the child's face and spoke to the child. During one of these incidents, the child was backing away from the staff member. On the same date, another staff member abruptly grabbed a table to get a child's attention.
