I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Director and facility is okay. Too small in my opinion. Two teachers failed to notify me about two separate incidents. First a "self-inflicted" pinch that was pretty large for another child to possibly do and was bleeding and scabbed over pretty bad while the other was my child flipping the high chair over while sitting in it and fell straight on his head. When asked what happened, stories changed. I walked in and the teachers wouldn't even look me in my face as I talked to the assistant director. I'm pretty sure the teachers will not even be held accountable for their failure to report which is pretty sad because imagine all the things they might not be reporting. The teacher's name is Ms. Lizzie I think, she's horrible. Please do not go here if you have a one year old. Stay away!!! This is coming from a mother who has never been too protective or a helicopter parent and I've always used my intuition for things but I know in my heart something happened and there was a reason why none of this was reported, not even to the director. I can't believe they didn't call or at least send a incident report home. They leave sippy cups out by the window sill in the direct sunlight as well even as my son had milk in his sippy which is not sanitary.
