That lady Fran promised that she would give spot to my child in July when she took 70$ deposit in the month of may from me . I never got a call from them until 10th July and when I myself called she said she has no spot until September. When requested to refund my deposit ,she was very rude and did not return . I felt cheated !! Highly recommend people NOT to send your kids there !!

Although I felt that Fran was a nice person, I didn't like the quality of care my child received at The Learning Zone.  They don't change the babies enough and my child had a constant diaper rash under their care.  According to the slip they gave at night they only changed them 2-3 times in a 9 hr day.  Also, at the end of the day they have the babies sitting in their car seats for hours on end until they are picked up.  With all  of the other older children sitting around them- which is why the babies are always sick.  My child came home with bleach on her clothes several times, even after I addressed the situation.  They constantly lose clothing and pacifiers.  On several occasions they slit the top of my daughters nipples in order for her to drink faster, and then they would complain about her spitting up.  She also would be in her crib constantly.

I now have my child at a different day care at I haven't has any issues with a diaper rash, slit bottle nipples, or bleach on her clothes.

The girls at The Learning Zone are very sweet. And the owner/administrator, Fran, puts your mind at ease the first time you meet her. My daughter at only 6 months lights up with a smile as soon as we walk in the door to drop her off in the morning. We were referred to The Learning Zone by 6 different families and are happy with our day care decision.
