As a condition of securing a license or Certificate of Life/Safety Approval, the sponsor or sponsor representative shall ensure that a Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) fingerprint background check is completed for himself or herself, and for all staff members at least 18 years of age who are or will be working at the center on a regularly- scheduled basis, to determine whether any such person has been convicted of a crime, as specified in P.L. 2000, c. 77 (N.J.S.A. 30:5B-6.10 to 6.17). I agree with the comments about the beehavior chart, it is ridiculous that they stress children and their family out by rating your child every single day. This chart does not help children behave, it does nothing but make them feel bad about themselves. My child mentioned some of the teachers were mean, and definitely the staff was not friendly. They do however take good care of the children, the place is safe and well protected from strangers. But they do need to improve their methods of helping young children.

I would like recommend this school to anyone's child. They have children on a chart. Yellow-didn't do well. Red-Did very bad. Sticker-Did good. Constantly tells them" Do you want your mom and dad to be happy, so be a good girl." If they get a red sticker they speak to the parents and threaten to kick out your child (2-4 yr old) or suspend them. I've seen kids shaking taken to The office or The Basement. It's been two months and my daughter still tells me "Are you happy with me?" "I'm a good girl" The best decision was to take her out of that daycare. My daughter's teacher tells me she does good every day and even Great some days. She's happy and laughing again. Not crying and scared of me and her father. *I rather spend a little more on the daycare for my daughter's happiness than put her here ever again!!!
