My granddaughter LOVES this place. She came home and told me her teacher loves her. She cried and didn't want to come home when I picked her up the first few days. This is not a fancy upscale daycare. This place reminds me of the family daycare that cared for my children. Clean, good food, lots of love, meaningful curriculum. So far, so good. BUT, I always have my antennas up. My granddaughter is my world. Mimi don't play.
My son has been going to The Learning Express for 3 weeks now and loves it! The director and staff are extremely personable and inviting to my family and child. He’s excited for his day and LOVES Ms.Sharon!!! My son is also vegan and they have catered to his dietary needs which is a huge plus. It’s still early but I’m impressed so far.
Don't bring your kids here. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The owner Ms. Whitaker is the most ghetto and hood individual you can meet. I took my kids out of this daycare today and she responded by saying " Take your kids somewhere else and I don't give a F@&k about professionalism". They close the daycare early with no warning but still charge for the entire day. The staff was nice but they seem scared of her. She is extremely ratchet. I would never allow my kids to go there again especially since she curses like a sailor and openly stated F%@k the professionalism. She openly used multiple curse words in front of my kids. I'm sure this isn't the first time.
I have 1 child so this was my first daycare experience, however I am still confident in saying that this is one of the best in Douglasville. It is a great daycare!
