This daycare is not safe for your kids. They do not teach the children anything or have a developmental environment. However, They will have lesson plans posted outside of the rooms that they never follow or implement. I have been having my son attend for 22 month and I was very compliant and patient with their mistakes and unprofessional atmospheres. Allow me to clarify that I am not talking about the entire staff as a whole. However, if you want to pay just for a babysitter that will allow your child to become very sick and you will not get proper communication of how the child is doing that is the only reason to choose Klever kids academy. The owner , who is daniel ( Short black guy who avoids any parents that want to speak in person about concerns or takes things personally when parents are rightfully concerned) and who will probably respond to this statement trying to derail it referencing to money or derail it saying that we do not have to report or communicate daily. Also, Be aware the owner will respond to this statement trying to protect the brand of his struggling daycare. Therefore, the federal surveyor agree that he was in violation and I requested his regional consultant become aware of his action of not communication of communicable diseases. I hope he understand that this is more than a review but also a fully complaint to the hotline and surveyor for his area in which it has been received and Mobilized . Please do not make the mistake we made as parents trusting this organization with our child.
