This review is also for the Winston Georgia location. If anyone needs a “daycare” that calls 3+ times a day and kicks children out for age appropriate behavior, look no further!!! This place has been a pain since the beginning. They singled out my three year old, and kicked him out for the day, multiple times, for things like running on the playground, blowing raspberries, and not being able to sit still. What!?! This is supposed to be a daycare, not some weird private school. This place tries to pride itself on being more educational, but couldn’t even take care of normal things like helping a child wipe his bottom while potty training. This happened almost every day for weeks!! He came home in pain on some occasions. We even had a situation where we requested to see camera footage because there were some questionable things going on in the classroom, and of course they REFUSED!!! If nothing else, let that be a red flag to anyone considering taking a child here. That’s my two cents. These people are idiots, take your kids and money elsewhere!!

My child has been at this facility for almost one year. During this time she has had roughly six different teachers, but the extremely high turnover rate is not the only issue. Several times that I've picked her up, regardless of the time, the teacher has them watching tv in the dark. I've picked my child up in the summer time..peak Georgia heat, and they have her playing outside with a flushed face.
In the mornings the front desk person is usually friendly, but the teacher who is in the room will hardly say 2 words to parents or the child. There are times where our child doesn't want us to go and begins tearing up and the teacher just sits there on her chair....staring.
Our final straw was reciving a call from the school informing us that our child threw up after waking up from a nao and when trying to understand the timeline of what our child ate prior to the nap, how her demeanor was prior to throwing up, and who was in the class watching her I was met with nothing but 'I don't knows'. Our child threw up on the way home and several times once home and while trying again to understand the timeline of what she ate and her demeanor at school I was given another round of "I don't knows".
TERRIBLE CHILDCARE PROVIDER.
