| Findings: Upon arrival to the Home, Surveyor #1 and the Team Leader rang the front door bell and knocked several times, but no one answered the door. Children could be heard in the backyard, so Surveyor #1 went to the side gate and stated who they were and Staff #1 opened the gate. Staff #1 had a total of 4 children with them ( 3 enrolled children plus the provider's child). Surveyor #1 informed Staff #1 that the Team Leader was waiting at the front door and needs to be let in the Home. So, Staff #1 took one enrolled child with her and left the other 2 enrolled children with Surveyor #1. When the Team Leader entered the home there were 3 enrolled children observed in the napping room with the door closed. One of the children was asleep in a crib, one young child in a Pack N Play awake and the third child was an infant awake in a crib. There was a 4th child observed asleep on the couch. All 4 children were unsupervised as Staff #1 had been outside with the other children.
