Findings: Based on the Surveyor's observations, it was determined that the following hazards were in the back yard accessible to enrolled children: * There was an area of wrapped wire fencing with exposed sharp metal edges on the west wooden fencing. * There were stacked toys, scooters, and a bundle of sharp, metal wire on top of the play hockey table on the patio. * There was chipped paint on the small, white picnic table. * There was a wooden fence slat and 2 long, white, metal poles laying on the ground near the east wall.
