Previously, children were not permitted to use this remnant of a previous play equipment however were permitted to play on bar during this incident. The bar will be removed to prevent further incident.

Staff Person 1 was advised about proper placement and received 1-1 training with Director. Staff 1 will also receive online training on Supervision from Better Kid Care. Moving forward, Director will perform several daily checks when children are outside to ensure staff are appropriately placed to provide adequate supervision until Director is confident that staff are competent in supervision.

Staff are aware of proper diapering procedures and further discussion occurred how to prevent another child from touching the mat during the process to prevent cross contamination. Moving forward staff will take "contaminated" mat with them into bathroom.

Windows are set to be replaced this Spring. In the meantime areas of concern around windows will be monitored and repaired as needed until replacement. I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I absolutely love this daycare. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I feel at ease dropping my daughter off with them.. The Early Leaning Center is the best daycare hands down..
