I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Communication: disrespectful; non responsive; lack of leadership; unprofessional

-parents always having to call in or inquire themselves about things never communicated such as child having a new teacher, video in class not being accessible, heat in child's class not working, or any changes.
-not always or consistently responding in message system Brightwheel and going days without responding or simply not responding at all or following protocols in which Brightwheel is used for
-rude behavior and unprofessional communication from management, primarily the SEM
-the SEM went 8 months until I left, not speaking to parent; turning her back when being spoken to or looking away and holding her head down. She also dismissed herself from the office every time the parent entered her presence or front office after the Regional director visited the center to attempt to rectify her issue
-Director never provided resolution to many problems and dismissed many concerns over the year with excuses. Some examples of response are
1. Asking parent if she had an issue with SEM's child who attended the school in which the parent had no contact with for over a year nor would parent ever have an issue with a 2 year old. This was another absurd deterrence of the director to avoid handling the SEM's personal issues. Never took action
2. My child's 2 year old teacher threatened me outside of my home in regards to the school stating over and over that "if You call up to the school or message the school one more time, You gon' see what happens to you and I advise you remove your daughter from my class." Parent called director and regional director immediately and no response from regional director and spoke to director of school and her only response was "I guess we both just had a bad Friday." Nothing else was ever said or done by director in regards to this incident or any other incidents to this day. I removed child from the school the following week after schools covid closing and still nothing from any level of management whatsoever.
-Regional director visited the school to attempt to resolve SEMs personal issue, but got nowhere and was never resolved. She was also unable to enforce effective leadership from the director
-not handling things in a professional and ethical manner
-my child obtained a bacteria infection after I continuously asked teacher and director if she could be wiped once after she potties throughout day. I requested this for two weeks and it was ignored, refused, and looked over(minimized). My child came home with several urine stains in her panties daily and stated that she itched frequently. I made requests and informed school. Still nothing. After two weeks my child came home with urine smell in panties, a rash on her butt, and crying stating that she is itching and it hurts. I sent videos of the occurences to director immediately and called child's doctor. The next day she visited doctor and there was a bacteria infection and this is what I wanted the school to avoid in the daycares' negligence. Doctor stated that it indeed came from urine getting on bottom and urine sitting in panties throughout the day. Still no response from school or upper management regarding that issue or any other issues including the threat received from teacher as soon as I returned home from the doctors visit with my child.

I simply want to share a few of many incidents I experienced while at this four star daycare children's courtyard that was definitely not performing at a four star level. I just want parents to be aware and informed that what may be presented is not what is. If they are challenged or called on anything you will definitely see. I never did anything wrong and only showed kindness and support in any way I could. I hope this helps someone. I have found a great school that provides superb care and great education for my child beyond expectations and definitely adhere to what they advertise as well!

Thank you
