The nails sticking out of the broken playhouse is a safety hazard. The provider stated the children have not been outside due to the weather. Please remove the playhouse from the outdoor activity area as soon as possible to prevent injuries to children in care and submit evidence to the Licensing Specialist.

Findings: Provider is registered for 1 infant. Her son turned 2 in June. Provider began accepting another infant once her son turned 2. Provider has two pack n plays. Licensing Specialist will update the provider's registration. Discussed complaint with the provider, which alleged that the provider was caring for more than 2 infants at one time. Provider indicated that she did not watch her sister's baby in addition to the two infants in care. She said her sister would often come to visit with her infant but her sister would never leave the baby with the provider. There was only one infant present in care today.
