| Findings: This office requires that any pool have a barrier to make it inaccessible to children and any gates be self-closing, self-latching and the latches be inaccessible to young children. The provider has an inground pool located in her backyard. She has a deck off the back of her house that has a gate that leads down to the pool deck. This currently has a latch on the deck side and is secured with two iron bars that are inserted in the deck. The provider will need to install or adjust the latch to be self-closing, self-latching and inaccessible to children. Please have this corrected as soon as possible but prior to opening the pool and no later than May 4, 2019. | |||
