The following was discussed but is not limited to: *Ensure napping mats are maintained free from hazards, and *Ensure staff Criminal Affidavits are complete. There were 2 staff files reviewed. 2 of the 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. | |||
