Very disorganized. Employees don’t stay very long so they’re constantly cycling through new people. Kids run all over the place and there is no structure.
They do not watch the kids, they just sit the kids in front of the t.v. and when the kids are outside the caretakers are on their phones. They do not attempt to legally disciple the kids. They are understaffed, and uneducated. They seem to only care about the paycheck, and not the kids, especially the ones that may be slower than the rest, and need more attention. The kids run all over the place, it's a very unorganized day care. Retraining a must.
