We will do this by educating students, staff, and parents on the true definition of bullying, how bullying affects students who are bullied, and students who initiate bullying behavior. Teachers will complete Anti-Bullying training so we are better able to identify and respond to bullying behavior. Staff members will work with students on building effective communication skills to utilize during disagreements.
