I have used this provider for less than 6 months

In home childcare centers were aloud to remain open during the covid-19 shut down. When Covid-19 first happened she text me 5 minutes before I was leaving to drop off my son that morning and asked that I keep my son at home because she didn't feel comfortable taking care of him due to his "excessive drooling". I kept him beyond the required 2 week quarantine and asked her what i needed to do to hold his place and she asked that i pay what i could. I paid her $450 to hold his place. I started texting and calling her a week before his scheduled return and received no response from her until the day before his scheduled start date saying that she didn't have room for him now or in the foreseeable future. I asked her for my money back and she refused. She is unethical, horrible with communication and unreliable.
