My grand daughter goes here and she loves it and the staff are very good with the children and stay on their A game! We have been very happy with the care!! I recommend them very highly!!
Your day camp was at the Little Rock Zoo today. During lunch in the zoos restaurant your staff had no control of the children. They spent as much time screaming at the children to be quite as the children were screaming to be heard. The entire restaurant heard nothing but your staff and the children. After about 15 minutes I actually confronted the staff to request they stopped screaming at the kids that it was interrupting everyone else. I also told them the kids are just doing what the adults were doing. I usually am not one to get involved but my goodness I couldn’t even have a conversation with my own grandkids because of the nose. I know kids can be loud but the adults were louder.
