I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would give a negative star if that was an option. When the parents aren't present, the director is rude and gruff with the children and gossips about the parents. An aftercare teacher has been heard calling children "ugly" and "stupid." The accreditation they have is a farce...they do not follow those requirements on a daily basis. The classes are way overbooked and as a result there is very little actual interaction with the students. The facility uses apps to communicate with parents causing the teachers to be on their cell phones and not interacting with the children.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

If I could rate it lower than one star I would. The staff is untrained and although the director seems to know what she is doing is always absent or just not paying attention.
