You have trusted us to care and educate your children for many years as Rainbow Academy child care centers and as your little ones have grown so have we! In 2014, Rainbow Academy changed our name to Lightbridge Academy. Lightbridge Academy is the same family, just a new name. This new name reflects the evolution of who we have been, how we have grown and the future that we are embracing.

It all begins with our Circle of Care philosophy, which empowers everyone within the Lightbridge Academy family to create a one-of-a-kind educational experience for the children we care for and the families that cherish them.

Lightbridge Academy offers early learning programs for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool aged children with summer camps for older children.  The Seedlings Early Childhood Education Program focuses on the needs of each individual child and the curriculum fosters a lifelong love of learning, while simultaneously developing a solid foundation for cognitive, social, and emotional development. Enrichment programs included are sign language, Spanish and music.



Our flexible year-round programs offer extended hours to lessen the stress at drop-off and pick-up times.  Everything we do revolves around supporting the needs of our families and we're constantly asking what we can do to make parents lives easier and further enrich the lives of their children.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My 3 kids attended Lightbridge Academy of Manalapan, NJ for 1 year. They offer two pre-k classes. One class has had the same good teacher.  My kids' classroom had 4 teacher changes in the first calendar year.   The following year I requested the other classroom with the stable teacher environment.  My request was promptly denied by the owners, Nick & Prachi Gupta. The owners then asked me to make sure to give them at least 15 days notice if my kids were coming back so "we can have enough time to staff accordingly."  Our family had to make a rash decision and we gave them that 15 day courtesy.  With a revolving door of teachers, it was not worth the risk in their early childhood development to return. 

Upon notice, Nick and Prachi Gupta denied our three security deposits referencing their franchise contracts.  When mentioning that we played by their request of 15 days for their staffing request, they immediately said "well since you did not give us 45 days written notice as per contract we will not be refunding you the $900 deposit for your kids!"  I went in and tried to speak to them rationally and reminded them that I owed them no money, had never been late on a tuition payment and even referred a college roommates 2 kids without asking or being offered for any referral fee. Their reply was "sorry contract is contract."  These people are not as concerned about your children all they concerned with is your money! Think twice before enrolling your kids in to this school..!
