My child has attended generations from 6 weeks old to now 2.. I have had numerous alltercations with the director. As well as a few teachers from using other childerns diapers on my very sensitive child. Who then cryed herself to sleep from the pain! :,( I even went as far as writing my childs name on the diapers and still numerous times would pick her up with not only another childs diaper but also a very soaked one at that. I agree that several of the teachers I have encountered have been wonderful. But the biggest problem is with the director that doesn't want to take full responsibly of her job. She puts her responsbility of talking with parents up to the teachers.. will not return phone calls. Then ur left with here say. Not professional from a "5 star" program! Recently I was asked to get a doctors note to excuse my childs medical condition after two years of knowing the condition. My professional doctors note was not excepted and instead I was asked not to return my child for nearly two weeks. Just having surgery and my job on the line which they were aware of I was dependent on my child care service. whom treated myself, my child, and the doctor with no respect! Complaints will be filed! And we're on our way of finding a new daycare facility.
I have been emloyed within the agency for 12 years, and I enjoy it everday. The friendship is easily kindled by working here. I wouldn't consider anywhere else. From years of experience, it's the best place to start a child as parents pursue their career.
