I enrolled my 13 month old son into this facility and I was extremely unsatisfied. My son has been in daycare else where without any issues. I felt my child was not taken care of in his best interest. The teachers in this facility do the bare minimum with the kids to make it through the day. Every time I would drop my child off he and many other kids would be screaming crying as the same when I would get there to pick him up. They would let the children have snot ran all down their face and did not care to wipe it at all. On my sons last day when I got there to pick him up he was screaming and the teacher had him by his arm. He was in the process of being broke from a bottle and they refused to let him have a bottle at all. The only person in the facility who seemed to care about the kids was Amber. As for the director she never even took the time to meet me or my son. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. On top of the poor treatment of my child, I paid for his month of January early and he only attended the first day of this month there and the daycare refused to refund me for that month. I am beyond glad that I found him a new daycare and when I took him to it he went straight to his teacher with no problems!
The teachers and staff are just phenomenal. They truly care for the children they are teaching and really care about the growth of each child. But my favorite teacher has to be, Miss Amber. She goes above and beyond just teaching, she genuinely cares. Thank you to each and every teacher and staff.
