Please don’t take your children here. This daycare is not an accredited business that you can find on the better business bureau website. This daycare does not hire people who are qualified to watch children, also they are so short staffed and don’t want to parents to see that so they don’t allow you inside. What kind of daycare doesn’t allow you to see where your children will be on a day to day basis?? When things happen to your children they can never explain what happened. It’s a very sketchy day care and your children will not be safe.
DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. The black woman at the front that picks up kids I forgot her name) is unprofessional.
1) She refuses to set me up a online account so I can’t pay online. She made $125 go to $165 after I payed monday instead of Friday Bc she was not ready to take my payment Friday.
2) My son pick up time is 5:00. I picked him up at 5:25 or maybe 5:30 and my son was crying and screaming and looking scared in his car seat already. Turns out it she had my son in the car seat on the floor for more than 20+ minutes instead of putting him in when I pulled up. She admitted to this too by the way and responded as “you should have picked him up at the correct time”
3) She communicate through my mother about my child. And even after I asked her not to Bc I am the primary car taker of my son nor does he even live with his grandmother she still communicated through my mother. Which caused me to be late and miss work on multiple occasions.
4) She came to the daycare late & had multiple mothers waiting for her. Late to work and she responded as “don’t be parking outside my daycare when I’m not there”
5) Her attitude is bad and she acts as if she doesn’t want to be there and when you try to communicate with her about anything. She gives attitude and does not work with you.
I also have other mothers that have had a problem with her. I have no clue how this woman even got licensed to be around kids but I would not send my kids to her at all.
