I have used this provider for more than 6 months

WARNING!!!! Do not take your children to this facility. She is so money hungry her daycare is over crowded and under staffed. She brought her aggressive dogs into the daycare and one of them mauled a 4 yo old girls face. She takes the children on field trips and doesn't give them anything to drink all day. The teachers in the preschool room have no patience. I have watched them use physical force on children. They also force your children to learn to speak Spanish and when they don't get it right they scream and yell at them. They use your diapers and wipes on other children. They put children in a room in the dark with no adult supervision when they are in trouble. They let the babies run around with no shoes and socks on. The don't sanitize the changing pad after every baby is changed. They provide meals which the portion is barely enough to feed them while her children are provided special accommodation infront of the other kids. She had staff working for her with no clearances. She had people driving her buses with no cdl. Her buses that are also in my opinion not safe. The doors are never locked so anyone can walk in at any time. The playground is not clear of debris. They leave dirty buckets of water with cleaners in reach of the children. Your child will come home with bleach on their clothes. Last but least. Heather the owner also has Stony Hollow Daycare in Bushkill PA where she is not allowed on the property pending a case against her to which her signed the daycares over to Stephanie, a worker. All of her violations can be viewed on https://www.compass.state.pa.us/Compass.web/ProviderSearch/Home#/BasicSearch
