Site Directors check in with staff frequently to assure children are accurately counted. This is a regular practice in our facility. Unfortunately, on the date of inspection, children were still arriving to our care and staff were mid-count when asked for updated numbers. Staff have been reminded and tested on the number of children in their care. Staff will wear lanyards that are designed to include children's names and dates of birth, organized youngest to oldest for each group of children.
