Moving forward, CORA EY Hm staff will be trained again to attempt to support all children who experience a toileting accident while in our care. Futhermore, written information, requiring a parents signature, will be given to all families explaining that soiled undergarments will be removed from the child, safely stored until the parent picks up however, we may need additional physical assistance from the parent when applicable. Additionally, we will request, at the time of enrollment, that a parent provides accommodation equipment, such as an adult changing pad, when needed to support the child's individual toileting needs. All reasonable accommodations will be made to support the child and family, without harm or degradation.

Moving forward, provider, in cooperation with HR, will ensure that all staff members have an active NSOR clearance on file PRIOR to starting work at the center. Additionally, if the provider has difficulty obtaining the NSOR clearance, the provider will apply for a provisional hire waiver, and communicate the challenge with DHS inspector to determine if waiver allows the staff member to begin work. If not, the staff member will not be permitted to start, until the clearance is in hard. Any staff member without a valid NSOR will be suspended until the documentation can be produced.
