I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I had to file a police report due to child negligence. They failed to communicate with me and left my child at school for an hour and lied saying the had bus issues. They later admitted to a break in communication on their end. My youngest - 7 month old had raw open skin on his private areas due to failure to change his diaper. My oldest got hit by the directors daughter and caused a bruise that remained on his face for 3 months. The directors daughter was not disciplined accordingly. Several issues - my own fault for believing their continuous lies and continuing services when they failed to provide appropriate care for the both of my children.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I love everything about this daycare. My child has been there for over a year. They are kind, attentive and warm environment. I only wish the communication with the apps used was more frequent and consistent.
